   UCL incorporated in year 2000 is a telecom company licensed by PTA for Payphone and Local Loop services. Company has a country-wide network of operations and is currently in the process of rolling out is local loop pilot project at Lahore .
   
   

2. Telefast Private Limited
   Telefast, incorporated in year 1999 is one of the fastest growing telecom / payphone operator company with a country-wide network. In year 2003 Telefast & UCL networks were merged to capitalize on cost & work efficiencies.
   
   

3. Utel Pakistan (Private) Limited
   Utel was incorporated in year 2004 to undertake LDI business in Pakistan . Utel is local partner with Circlenet Pakistan Limited – a subsidiary of Viafone UK . A full fledged LDI network of Circlenet is now in place and fully operational.
   
   

4. Hermes On-line Private Limited
   Incorporated in 1999 as a country-wide ISP, went into financial distress and was almost closed down. Polygon group acquired controlling interests in the company and has launched a turn around program, including introduction of IVR and Call center services.
   
   

5. E-OPES Private Limited
   Established in 2006.E-OPES offers the following services.
   - Virtual Switchboard.
   - Call Center Services including Inbound Customer Services and Outbound telemarketing, Email support, Technical support.
   - Data Management Services including data entry services, data conversation and processing services, data creation and updating,
     data cleansing and verification, data capture and imaging .

2. Oil & Gas Marketing – CNG stations

1. Motorway CNG Operator Company Limited (MCOC)
   Polygon group has 26% stake in the project, an exclusive agreement for establishment of six (6) CNG stations on Lahore-Islamabad Motorway (M2) with Daewoo, on Build, Own & Operate (BOO) basis.
   
   

2. APEX CNG Stations at Karachi (2), Multan (1) & Hafizabad (1)
   Apex is a chain of four CNG stations majority (over 50%)owned by Polygon group.
   
   

3. CNG House, Lahore
   One of the oldest CNG stations at Lahore was established at Bahawalpur house is 100% owned & operated by Polygon group

1. Classic Needs Private Limited
   CNPL is an FMCG company, which has successfully challenged the virtual exclusivity of a multi-national brand across the country. Classic brand of bottled drinking water bulk supply to homes & offices is available in eight (8) large cities of Pakistan through a network of Company owned & operated sales outlets. Classic non-returnable (NR) PET bottles are exclusive water for entire Pakistan Railway network and are also available through out the country.

1. Polygon Developers (RF)
   Polygon Developers is the newest of the group entities with a portfolio of real estate investments. Currently company is in the process of launching its first real estate development project on a fully owned piece of land on main Ferozepur road, Lahore.

   A structural designing consultancy with a long list of prominent private & public sector projects
